TERMINO MUNICIPAL DE SAN VICENTE DEL RASPEIG RUSTICA.- Trozo de tierra inculta y monte, situada en la partida del Tosal Redó, del término de San Vicente del Raspeig. Ocupa una total superficie de diez hectáreas, según el título y el registro, y en la actualidad, como consecuencia del trazado de la Autopista AP-7 su superficie ha quedado reducida a NOVENTA Y SIETE MIL SETECIENTOS SESENTA Y SIETE METROS SETENTA DECÍMETROS CUADRADOS (97.767,70 M²).
